Kaos Football Makes Huge Impact in Indonesia!

A series of visits by Kaos Footballistas to Indonesia throughout 2006 has created an enormous interest in Football Freestyling for the first time in this large archipelago nation.

Visits by Palle, Gerbeshi and especially Nam the Man to perform, coach and make countless television appearances has helped to propel the sport to new levels of interest and fascination with this football mad population.

A capacity crowd of over 3.000 people attended the Final of the Indonesian Cage Soccer Tournament in Jakarta where Nam the Man and Palle were special guests and performed to huge acclaim in providing the football freestyling entertainment for the event.

With his two visits to Indonesia to date, Nam the Man has become quite the celebrity especially with his appearance on the Indonesian equivalent of the David Letterman Show and his image being used in posters and billboards throughout Jakarta to promote the Super Soccer Tournament.

All the Kaos Footballistas travelled all over Indonesia from Jakarta and Solo to Surabaya, Bandung and Bali; to provide the football based entertainment for many of the preliminary rounds of the Super Soccer Cage National Competition; and to conduct free football freestyling coaching clinics for the enthusiastic young locals!

Nam said, "It was amazing to see how much the Indonesian kids loved football freestyling! In the time between my first and second trips to this beautiful country, the standard and overall quality of the freestyling had risen to an incredible level! The difference was unbelievable given the short space of time that had elapsed!"

Gerbeshi added, "I showed them some of my best moves and tricks; and by the time Palle and Nam arrived a few weeks following my trip, many of the kids I'd conducted the clinics for had mastered the tricks and moves to the tee! Their natural talent and application has to be seen to be believed!"

The General Manager of the Three Towers Marketing Company who arranged for Kaos Football to be involved with this exciting new venture said, "All the Kaos Football guys were amazing!

They have all helped to propel football freestyling to new heights here in Indonesia and I am confident that we will soon be producing freestylers to rival those from Europe and Japan!"

Indeed the interest was so big that both Nam and Palle were asked to appear in two television commercials that featured football freestyling to promote the Indonesian television coverage of the English Premier League.
