Kaos Football Plays Up at Pompey!

Kaos Footballistas – Nam the Man and Marc Cumberbatch performed at the Portsmouth FC End of Season Gala Dinner in Portsmouth in early May, wowing the Premiership stars who attended along with 350 specially invited guests!

Helping to launch and sporting the new Portsmouth FC away kit, both Nam and Marc entertained all the guests at the historic Dockyard, with the world famous HMS Victory making a dramatic backdrop.

With stars such as Kanu, Sol Campbell, Jermain DeFoe, David James and Niko Kranjcar in attendance, the Kaos Footballistas performed some of their best moves and held it all together under the intense scrutiny of these international football stars!

Marc said “ there was a little bit of a fear factor with all these great professional footballers everywhere, but the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed, so we were able to do all the tricks and moves we wanted and the crowd certainly seemed to enjoy what we were doing!”

Indeed, Emma Beale, Portsmouth FC Event Coordinator for the evening emphasised this point by adding, “The Kaos guys were great and with such a knowledgeable football crowd, they were definitely able to admire and appreciate the incredible skills on display.”

The biggest challenge of the evening for the Kaos Footballistas was leading the 350 strong crowd to the main dinner venue from the Dockyard – some 300 metres – all while still performing their football tricks!

They also led a Jazz Band that played while on the march, with all the guests filing behind. Nam said, “It was probably one of the more unusual requests we’ve had from a Client – but its all in a days work as a Kaos Footballista, we always aim to please!”
