His trade-mark trick his Four Footballs on his body move where, two footballs are on his back, one on his shin, one placed between his hamstring and heel and while all are balanced he then takes his shirt off!
His nickname is "Mr Silky Skills" and Richard practices an average of 3 hours/day.
The first trick he learnt was an around the world and his favourite trick is his break dancing backspin where the football is jammed on his shin.
Richard also is a specialist in incorporating multiple footballs into his routine as well as skipping ropes and other props!
He also incorporates many quite physically demanding strength moves (using his body building background) to great affect! Please check-out his Footballista video clip to see for yourself!
"Enjoy Freestyling! Perfect a move, then move on to your next trick. Teach others and you will get a lot of respect - and just smile when you are performing to get your crowd involved"
