Abbas won the London Nike Freestyle Competition in 2001 and turned professional in 2003

Abbas has been involved with MTV Freestyle
He has been featured on countless television shows both in the UK and in the Asian region, including shows in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
Abbas was involved in a month long football freestyle road tour of Indonesia in 2006
He has performed all over the world including Saudi Arabia and Qatar
Abbas has also probably appeared in more music videos than any other freestyler - having been featured in music videos for artists like Jay Sean and Rishi Rich
Abbas was one of the main featured freestylers in the famous Nike Promotional Booklet "Goodbye Hoof, Hello Nutmeg!"
He was also nominated for a UK National Asian Sports award in 2004 as recognition for his outstanding freestyle ability
Abbas has met Teddy Sheringham, Ronaldo, Frank De Boer and Fernando Morientes at various promotional events in the UK and Qatar
Another proven veteran of the live football performances, Abbas has done half-time shows at Stamford Bridge, the San Siro in Italy as well as before an S-League match in Singapore
He practices a minimum of two hours/day - five days a week - but sometimes more!
